DeMarco Dumpster is part of the DeMarco family business in Elbridge, NY. This page explains, in plain English, what information we collect on demarcodumpster.com and what we do with it.
What we collect
- When you book online: your name, phone, email, delivery address, rental details and payment. You enter these in our booking system, which is run by Docket, an outside booking and payment service. This website does not store your card number.
- When you call us: your phone number and what you tell us about your rental.
- When you visit the site: basic visit info, like pages viewed, device and browser type, and general location (city level). This comes from Google Analytics.
How we use it
- To schedule, deliver and pick up your dumpster.
- To text or email you about your rental, like delivery reminders and a review request after pickup.
- To see how people find us and use the site, so we can improve it and our ads.
Cookies, Google Analytics and Google Ads
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. We also advertise with Google Ads. Both use cookies and similar tools. They help us count when someone clicks our phone number or Book button, and whether a call or booking came from an ad.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. You can also opt out of Google Analytics with Google's opt-out add-on, and change ad personalization in your Google account's ad settings.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the services that help us run the business, like Docket for booking and payment and Google for analytics and ads, or when the law requires it.
Children
This site is meant for adults booking a dumpster. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update it on this page and change the date at the top.
